Not gunna be sucked in by your faux compliment.
We're no crazier than any other lot.
In fact, outside the few big cities, things are still pretty relaxed here
and fairly sane.
Y only get the axe-murderers & jihadi training camps way out
so they mainly kill each other or wildlife.
And out beyond them, things get sparse...pensioners in caravans, German backpackers, the odd koori, cattlemen who've forgotten how to talk...
night skies that frighten you...like sittin' on a rock in the middle of space
and those fuckin' endless whispering tracks (if yr lucky enough to be on sand) thru scrub that bores yu shitless after the first 2 days.
Can't really live there. Lucky to survive there & come back to somewhere with water & beer.
And most "Australians" will never know it... doan wanna know it.
Too traumatized by former lives in Egypt, Greece, India or wherever they come from.
Wouldn't understand the lingo anyway.

bloke or sheila?

tonight I'll do some deprecating in Strine:
focusing on our waste of space federal government,

with it's gutter tactics and having a lend of the shitfabrains that believe their bullcrap...
a bunch of lurk merchants representing the squatocracy and the shop-owning spivs.
I'm deadset fuck'n ropeable about what those clowns get away with...
paying 'em squillions when they're not worth a crumpet.
We're going down the gurgler for sure
cos this pack of galahs 'aven't got a clue.
They couldn't run a country if their lives depended on it.
Anyway, if we get our act together, they'll be out on their necks, come next election.
So we'll be laughin' & they'll be spewin'.
