Pelo menos metade desses utilizadores deveriam participar mais, interagir mais com as hostes.

seriously, big community over here.
Suddenly, there was a terrible roar all around us, and the sky was full with what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, and a voice was screaming:
Holy Jesus. What are these goddamn animals?

Appears to be a spam merchant.

Hence the presence, directly after medeosex, of "The Real 10000th Member" - very good!

Never mind the headline numbers - how many "real" repeat visitors are there? How many posters / repeat posters?

There's 414 people with 200 posts or more... and a stonking 1,013 with 50 posts or more... and 2,179 with 10 posts or more... that's a pretty active community. If you assume a 10% active poster to regular reader ratio, with "active" defined as 50 posts or more (a demanding yardstick), that gives you a "real" user base of 10,000, i.e. leaving aside people who register but don't visit regularly.
:o
But you'd really need to average those numbers over three-months to get an accurate fix (i.e. three month moving average of posters per month).

Even so, this makes dubstep about 1% as popular as wasteman d'n'b in terms of forum activity.

i used to be an active member of an aircooled volkswagen club, and we would give door prized to "X" number user registered.. like every 100 people would get a gift that someone from the club would either make or purchase .. most purchases were bought from members in the club (we were quite an eclectic group).

this group is WAY bigger than the bus club is.. but it was fun.

ummm... babelfish doesn't really give good translations :) "sign up and come discuss things"??? came out more like "sign on the upper side and come discuss some unknown other"

but cheers for trying :)

It reads to me more like "sign upwards and come to the certain talking".
