tbf you're all right. I could have figured it out myself and I sorta already have ages ago, I had this huge plan of neglecting SC completely and just concentrating on making a sort of self-released EP type of thing. didn't end up finishing it doe.

A few things - cliches are often real, trying to avoid cliches means you're trying to avoid reality, that doesn't end well.

I understand you want to share your music, you think it is good, you're proud of it, etc. but I don't think that you've recognized yet that you would still be making music if no one ever heard it.

All ad revenue has been going to a Congolese warlord who uses the funds to produce experimental drugs for the uk/euro dance scene which in turn funds weapons and training for his child soldiers.

why do I even bother uploading anything to soundcloud anymore. I uploaded a tune yesterday and got fucking 11 plays. I mean like years ago I used to get tons of likes and comments in a day when I posted a new track. and those tunes were embarraslingly shit even! now no-one fucking even listens to my tunes. Is it because my followers aren't active users anymore or what. sucks ass, not gonna lie when I make a track I want people to at least listen to it, not one of those hypocrite dicks who claim they make music "for their own enjoyment"
