Reminds me of an old xmas cracker joke.
Which Star Wars character uses meat for a weapon instead of a Lightsaber?
Obi Wan Baloney.

Unless that's some old name for stuffing, it just sounds like burger meat?

From the description and googling it, I can't say I've ever eaten it or ever heard anybody else talk about it. Bro, wiki has lied to you :(

Fwiw, my parent's christmas dinner usually consists of:

Turkey
Massive mix of potatoes (which I think only my parents do tbh): Roasted, Mash, Boiled (w/ mint), croquettes
Roasted onion
Roasted carrot
Sage & Onion stuffing, maybe some apple & pork stuffing
Mixed steamed vegetables
Pigs in blankets (Sausages wrapped in bacon)
Gravy

Thought that, but none of the descriptions really match what I would know as stuffing.

It looks like a cross between mince and pate.

Like mince meat cured... or a pork frisbee

It's olde tradition

Grimmest has gotta be Slink (miscarried calves) or Broxy (meat from animals that died of disease).
