What are you doing on the bike? Apart from the obvious.

on a stationary bike?

If you're cycling to trim a really good trick which worked really well for me was completely ignoring the distance and aim to keep your heart rate at 140 for 50 minutes (no longer than 60 mins). Apparently this is the best heart rate to burn fat. I don't know if that's true or not but I was told about it by a trainer and I did it three times a week for a couple of months and my BF was melting away like buttermans sanity.

whats the best heart rate to burn off love? 200 bpm for five years? phet habit, perhaps?
can I bring a bbq along and what can smell the sizzle off the grill while a cue of stationary cuclers can cry to necros innermost thoughts on love and abstinence.

I was thinking of making a ninjas posture thread but think I'll just post in here... I've put a great amount of effort into sitting properly when using my computer, but still display the symptoms of someone with Upper Cross Syndrome (right)
I noticed how my arms don't hang by my sides when stood, but instead of stick out in front in a kind of half protecting my balls motion.

Image

anyone else have this kinda problem? I've started doing some exercises for my neck and shoulders and jeez shoulders are inflexible.. It's also confusing trying to work out which are the best exercises for this, there seems to be endless techniques out there from simply standing against a wall and turning your hands out, to strenuous yoga positions which are absolutely killer :corncry:

I hope to start stretching more regularly now after I was so shocked with my posture, so may update.

Gonna start keeping better track of macros starting Monday but I'm gonna starting today, I'm like 500 calories short today which probably explains why I'm not seeing much in terms of weight gain

I have a hunch in my neck that's been there since I was like 12.

I think it's more to do with which calories you're burning ie food.

As much as you can, stand tall and hold your shoulders up and back, almost like a stereotypical super hero pose. Might be some imbalances too, not sure if you do any sort of weight lifting, if not, take it light, have a look for things which work the upper back, particularly the scapula. I pride myself on having pretty good posture, and you look taller than people that really are the same height.

Put your arms down by your side. If your thumbs point straight ahead, you're pretty much good, if they point in towards each other, you need to do something about them rounded shoulders!
