i find it weird when i first listened to awful records stuff on orangeluvas mixtape i thought that they were kinda road guys, some of their tunes are quite nihilistic but they actually seem like hipsters, but they also seem to hang with people like key who are more 'bout that life, is the atlanta scene quite mixed like that or have i got something wrong

yeah atlantas scene is so unique and vibrant because almost every single rapper supports each other. you got migos doing tracks with makonnen, father and key doing tracks, makonnen doing tracks with slugga etc. no one is beefing and there is no gang related shit like there is in chicago. new york just sucks because they still think lyrics matter which the younger generation couldn't give a fuck about.

the only real enemy in the city is the fucking police who shut down traphouses that have the absolute best weed outside of medical marijuana dispensaries
