Aight, so i checked the wiki link & then got even more intriguied. I asked my father about this threory and he laughed and told me that, it's all theory and there's never been so much as a hint of concrete evidence to support it. It's generally excused by the scientific community.
I'd go with his word on account of among many things he's Head of NeuroScience at The University of Western Ontario, one of the top consulted Neurologist in North America, and has worked for The Canadian Space Agency.
