maybe tonight then...

...I forget not everyone rocks 56k modem stylez

just can't afford to tie up the phone line as it takes almost as long to upload shit as it does to download it's still better than some of those stream rips at 64bits...

...given up on the rinse fm sets cos it fails and have to restart it and then fails

bah...

...and I'll send you a mix CD of original stuff

BTW that style of tune is as close to dubstep as we get, the rest is kinda big, phat, stupidly good and not like anyone else really...

...if i could be bothered doing a label again I'd release it myself but really we'd have to be in the UK to make it semi profitable

EZ mugga,

yeah, hit us up with some of your shit man...

I'll burn all the recent shows, dunno if any of this weeks, other than Q.S, have been posted ...
... suss it out later on tonight, gotta metel gig to go to

Seeing as there is over 1Gig from the last 2 weeks off RinseFM I'll just stick to that, unless there's anything else inparticula you want.

I should get dem on road/pidgen Monday after work.

Hold Tight Christchurch.

Know the feeling man...

outta interest what do you reckon the demand for dubplate cutting would be like down here in the antipodes ? this has long been a pipe dream of mine, but I've recently come into some $$$ so it "could" be a reality if the demand was there, i have no connection with the club scene here as I hate Hoover House and completely lost innarest in Dumb'N'Bass years ago when Jungle dissappered...

...you mentioned corduroy in another post awhile back but as far as is decernable they're no more, the dood wot ran it got obsses'd by Direct 2 Lathe recording last I heard. i had some lockgrooves pressed on a Clan Analog Comp 12" a few years ago, the Master was cut in the states but is was pressed in Melb. It sounds alright, noisy.

Just wondered what you guys thought the market would be like ?

...seeing as how dubplates in the traditional sense are only one offs, deteriorate after a short number of plays as well as cost a fair bit

i don't think it'd be worth it...

...maybe start a proper label if you want to do vinyl and get a couple hundred pressed instead, big risk though

I reckon you'd be better of soliciting and licensing unreleased trax from some better known heads, sprinkling it with some trax from some lesser known heads, throw in a few classic stormers and put it out as out a CD compilation with a good distro company...

...then look at pressing some vinyl for the DJ's of the strongest cuts by doing a joint venture with an established label or cutting house in the UK
