Edit: Can't find a postable pic so here's a link instead.

Bought this from a sauce shop in Fredericksburg, Texas. They had a bottle out with some crackers for sampling, so I did. 30 seconds later I was out of the shop, feeling as if I'd lacerated my mouth, literally crying because no matter how much water or milk they gave me, the pain wouldn't stop. I had to get a bottle.

Got it home and let my sister (then a chef) and her loser boyfriend try it. They had a drop each on a plain tortilla chip after I'd told the story. They sat looking at me like I was the biggest pussy they'd ever seen, while I just smilied and watched. I'm not sure which one of them cried first, but soon they were both up, panicing, drinking every soft drink they could find (sugar neutralises it, apparently), downing tap water by the pint. Classic.

If you're making a big chilli, like for 4 or more people, you only need a drop or two before it becomes inedible, but daaamn it's great stuff.

^^ I used to buy the Naga Morrich when i was living in London.Trust it is a mindnumbing Chilli.I used to go to this little Bangladeshi grocers every day to get my fruit, veg and Chilli's.One day the guy says to me " you know your the only white man who ever comes in this shop, you love chilli right ? " I of course agree so he pulls out this little box from under the counter and says " don't touch these with your hand and only use 1/3 per curry" I take a few and decide not to heed his warning.I stuck a whole chilli in a curry for 4 people.Nobody could eat it PURE FIRE.
I go back to the shop and he's pissing him self laughing as he knows i didn't listen, from then on i put 1/3 in all dishes involving Chilli.
I still havn't tracked them down in Notts, the worlds greatest Chilli imo

Respect to you Mr Carlton and your appreciation of fine Tea and fine chillis.

i used to put fresh chili in everything, even my cheese sandwiches. it can become a bit of a masochistic pursuit.

Chillies can help prevent the onset of alzheimer's but only if you eat em.
