so far the worst thing about these so-called 'clowny' tunes is the people that moan about them.
even the wobbliest track by The Others/Caspa/whoeva is still funky as fuck, most dnb wobblers are just 180bpm twatcore with absolutely zero soul. At 140 bpm theres alot of room to breathe and there always will be.......

if so - hello
and yeah wobble at 180 bpm really is a joke at times...however slow the same thing down to 145bpm and it works, which is what a lot of dubstep guys seem to be doing with their productions and getting huge acolade for.
But like you say, the tune flows better in the 140's than at 180something bpm's.
Anyway,I'm off to put on the Boxcutter album for the 154th time today.
Life is like a box of chocolates.
It gets stale after a while....

what was this bootleg, just for my peace of mind?...Frodo wrote:I don't think really think is a problem. Not yet at least.
But hearing a certain bootleg of a certain jungle anthem getting a rewind at DMZ on Saturday didn't really make me jump with joy.
No worries, I'm not getting all elitist on you, this is enough for now.

That'll confuse almost everyone...
i wasn't there but i guess he means goldfingers terrorist remix, which i quite like actually, its not groundbreaking but its got a nice roll to it and is a nice reference point for the less jaded junglists in the crowd.
oh and imo it was people moaning about wobble and dividing the scene which damaged dnb, not the wobble itself
it doesnt pay to talk too much about wobble, as even the word wobble written out too many times devalues the sentence with its daftness, much like the word pudding.

haha innit, please llow we don't get that problem dnb got that made everyone ridicule it whereby it got subdivided into about 30 subgenres all with equally reidiculous names eg. "DARKJUMPUPJUNGLEBREAKCORESTAMPER"
but yes i myself happen to be one of those disullusioned jungle heads (albeit a very latecomer to jungle) who got into dubstep somehow or another, although it wasn't out of looking purposefully for something new, it just sorta happened
