easy bruv, if you want new releases, quick delivery, im talkin in my case and probly lots of others next day. Then go with chemical records, and their postage is only £2.35p no matter how many vinyls you order. They are by far my fav record store. Sounds of the universe is quite good for releases, they even get a few a lil b4 my much loved chemical, but they take 2days plus for delivery and their delivery rate is very expensive, like £2 a tune, bm soho is pretty good too delivery aint to bad, so ye chemical sounds of the uni and bm soho are all big . Happy shoping

I was always a loyal user of Boomkat for many a year but after my last order took three days just to process and a further 2 for delivery i switched to redeye, cheaper delivery and i got the tunes the very next morning in the post!! Its safe to say that redeye now has my custom sorry boomkitty your website is great but it doesnt really make up for lack of customer service........

redeye for hospitality, well so i have found, also as mentioned for cheap postage, june is slightly higher but now and again has different stuff, chemical again, especially if u fancy ordering some close , needles etc,, cut down on ur postage

i dont seem how rooted and shops like that survive, even as they are like 50p dearer or so on each and evry record, not takin away the hospitality of at least 1 of the guys there, was very cool when i spoke to him

told me about feel me and that was like at the beginning of the year

yeah i have to agree with you there. i ordered some stuff from them before the postal strike and it never showed up. still no response from them about a replacement or anything. NOT COOL

and yeah their shipping is pretty slow.

For non UK folks (because of delivery rates) I recommend STAMINA :
http://www.staminashop.com/

They stock a good selection + tend to get early promos (website usually updated on wednesdays and fridays).
Customer service is safe. Once there was a problem with my order and they refunded delivery costs and added a few promos.
They also have a useful "hold my records" functionality ; not to mention the almost 2 minutes audio samples.

I have been shopping a lot at Boomkat but I am getting sick of their sales pitch.
It is also a major pain in the _ _ _ _ when they tell you a few days after the order is placed that they in fact don't have the record you ordered...
They also are not fair when the record you receive is damaged as they ask you to send it back at your own expense...

Of course HARDWAX is great for all kinds of electronic music and reggae.
I like to shop there too

A nice thing about redeye for those who don't play out so often and live outside the UK is the fact that they hold tunes in reserve for you and send you stuff when you want in one package which saves alot on shipping. I appreciate this.

It's pretty sad that there is very little chance of getting all the tunes you want from one single shop. It's either in this shop a 12" has been already sold out while in the other another tune is not coming at all. (why do so few shops have anstam-brom in? makes me cry)

gotta say i just ordered from juno for the first time over the weekend and literally just got my records right now. 3-4 shipping to the US is pretty good. was twice as expensive as redeye, but took half the time....

so big up juno! ; )

and redeye too! : )
