How to upload mixes

Hiya, new to the site and have some alright mixes I wouldnt mind sharing with fellow dubsters...

how do I upload a mix I have done to this site? do all files ahve to be MP3?

the way i do is to use something like divshare.com or sendspace.com, u search the mix on your computer then upload it and then you'l get a link that u can put up on the forum and people can then download it from that site. im not very good at explaining sorry if that didnt make any sense :o

You can find someone to host it for you (that way it will be permanent), I think Gotdarker.com is hosting still.
