thats sad actually

Suddenly, there was a terrible roar all around us, and the sky was full with what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, and a voice was screaming:
Holy Jesus. What are these goddamn animals?

Am I the only person who knows that Burial is a collab between El-B and Photek?
If so, its amazing they got away with this for so long!
Yes, that's right, Burial is not a mysterious 14 year old boy who makes his tunes in Cool Edit, its a collab between one of the founding fathers of Dubstep and the one of the greatest producers of all time, hidden behind a PR facade.
Listen to the albums again, put the pieces together and you'll realize its true.
Sorry to spoil the fun.

^^^ er wrong.
Burial is actually Tiesto.
Yeah,Tiesto feels a bit dirty and ashamed about his commercial success so he though he'd give back to electronic music with some of the most forward thinking, underground, deep & dark music known to man but was afraid it's content would be passed over & ignored if he put his illustrious name to it so he decided to create a pseudonym & claim he made all the tunes on Soundforge - 0.8999.
Apparently he will be unveiling his true-self in 2010 at the DJ Magazine when he claims his usual trophy for 'Bestest dj in the whole world who likes to give this magazine hefty backhanders so we'll continually promote his brand of crapness award'
I just assumed everybody knew this???

Life is like a box of chocolates.
It gets stale after a while....

Ha, if burial doesn't read these things, someone let him know about this one, i think this is probably one of the most flattering things people have said about him amidst the gushing (which i am more than guilty of)

It's not the only article in it though...
And I think people who love music generally want to know about the people who make it too. I've paid money for music mags for just one short interview with someone I was interested in without a thought.
And music lovers buying green over an interview with a producer of interest? That's not a sign of a real music lover surely...IMO.
