I've never experienced any problems with boomkat. I did have one record turn up broken in half, but they sent me a replacement no questions asked.
I have to laugh at you guys complaining about postage taking a couple of days. I have to wait nearly two weeks but I guess you get that living on the other side of the world from the UK.

I normally use chemical and I've never had any problems with them plus they normally only take 4-7 days to get to New Zealand. The only time I used boomkat the vinyl turned up so warped that the needle would jump and when I emailed them about it they told me they'd replace it if I sent it back, then when I asked if they'd pay for postage to send it back (which would cost me around the same as a new record) I never heard back from them.
