I have a laundry list...
but here is the most annoying item (at least for now):
insetad of "ummmmm" she says "ammmmmm"
and instead of "ohkay" it's "ammmkaaay"

I've mostly stopped chatting to them, not making eye contact and pretending not to hear them and then if they do start conversation I point out how repetetive and tedious there's is and just say "yeah" in a bored fashion till they get the message. I've also started adding impromptu psycho art to my desk to ward them off. Seems to be working pretty well. They've now started whispering and giving concerned glances which is kind of amusing.
