Yeah this mix is wicked. Probably the most consistently good Bassline mix I've listened to so far. Still find Bassline quite hit and miss, but this stuff is mostly hits.

Niche is an old club.
If your looking for the correct terms, 4x4 or Speed Garage.
house = named after the Warehouse club in Chicago
garage = named after the Paradise Garage club in NY
so it's not uncommon for a club to lend its name to a genre of music pioneered there.

Not sure what it is called. Got it as a free download of a myspace page. No further info on it at the moment

I'm not a huge fan of this music I have been to the clubs and sat through many attempts of getting me into the sounds as loads of my mates play it/listen to it.
select tunes I like but the majority of it sounds really soft synthy if that makes sense plus the club atmosphere ain't really friendly
No disrespect to you for your mix though its each to their own at the end of the day

As it is tv dubplate special - Wittyboy

Niche seem to be taking over the world. I saw and advert on TV for the Ministry CD. Thats big bucks for a TV ad. I guess its just radio friendly Bass music.
Next thing youl be telling me that Benga and Coki "Night" is on Radio1 daytime!
