I think you have to prepare as if he won't play..I imagine you' have to play Crouch, as with Defoe and Owen you've got 2 midgets, and Owen isn't the type of player to play up front on his own.

It shows the lack of depth in the English squad upfront..noone else in the Premiership can play the 2nd striker apart from a 40 year old..I thought Cole might end up there, but he's got the left nailed down now..

i can only see Argentina or Brazil winning this..they seem to be the 2 outstanding sides, with strength in depth.
