You don't appear to have any drums apart from some vague synth hits.

You seem to have looped an early 90's hardcore/trance riff for the entire duration of the clip - dubstep's about space.

There's no sub, just a stab of distortion every now and again.

This sounds like more of a techno tune without the drums than dubstep.

Get familiar with the style first, listen to some of the mixes available on the music forum and familiarise yourself with the dynamics of the sound. It's not necessarily something you'll be able to create first off but stick with it.
