Everytime I've been DJing and records lay scattered all over the place I always swear I'm going to put them back next time. But it never happens. Takes up mixing time.N-TYPE wrote:I need to devise a method of putting them back in the sleeve!
How hard can it be.... Hmmm
It's so annoying when a record gets scratched. List the Dead

Scratched vinyls get me so fucking pissed off aswell, nothing worse then playing a tune then hearing a pop hear a crackle there, thinking what the fuck it never done this b4. Or worse it starts jumping you look and see a big scratch and think either, how the fuck did that get there, or why o why did i misstreat this record by leaving it outa the sleave or throwing it around, like i did a few of my vinyls in the past. Just wish vinyls were more scratch resistant like cds, i mean i got some cds that are so scratched up that i couldnt of scratched it more if i tried and they work perfectly fine no crackles pops of jumps. My copy of i dont smoke and shola ama imagine crackle so much its not even a pleasure to play em same as a few other old 1s i got. But now days i take so much care of my vinyl, out of the sleave on the deck, straight back in sleave even if it means the next tune runs out, i dont have asmuch cash to spend on vinyls these days like i did a few yrs ago.

My copy of Cajmere - Brighter Days has a skip. It sounds like fried chicken when i play it too.
