A long time ago I was realy into Techstep. At that time I usualy played out the hardest stuff i could find and needed a Dj name. Since realy hard DnB sets used to give me the feeling of cleansing I just picked the name Catharsis, because i found it suitable. I started using it in online games (CS, Battlefield, GW) too...
These days i just stick to it, cuz its become a second name after 13 years...wiki wrote:Catharsis (Κάθαρσις) is a Greek word meaning "purification" or "cleansing" derived from the ancient Greek gerund καθαίρειν transliterated as kathairein "to purify, purge," and adjective katharos "pure or clean" (ancient and modern Greek: καθαρός).
My screen name comes from the legendary 23rd century genius known as Cpt James Tiberius Kirk.
Others of you might know him less formally as William Shatner.
Cpt Kirk accomplished many things, many great things.
To name a few:
Saving planet Earth(on numerous occasions)
Traveling back in time(twice)
Repopulating 23rd century earth with humpback whales
Being the 1st man to land on the sun
Being the only (recorded) starship captain to take his ship through the great barrier.
I could go on and on,all of his achievements cant fit on a single page.
Put ur hands up for the Shat!!!!!

Shatner is a rude twat in real life. And he killed his wife. And he looks constantly surprised with those silly eyebrows. And he killed his wife. And he killed his wife.KIRK wrote:My screen name comes from the legendary 23rd century genius known as Cpt James Tiberius Kirk.

Yes he did!KIRK wrote:HE DIDNT KILL HIS WIFE!!!!!!!
You didn't even know about Tekwar, so how can you possibly know about his wife killing antics?!??!? Call yourself a Shatfan? I was in traffic once and saw him in the lane next to me trying to be inconspicuous. I looked across and after much cajoling, I got him to wind down his window. I shouted "Silly eyebrowed wife killah!' at him and drove off at high speed before ploughing straight into the back of a Lincoln Navigator driven by Ron Howard.
