AUTOMATION IN LOGIC 8

Ez, I was just wondering if anyone knows how to copy and past automation in Logic 8? cos im just working on automating my LFO rate... sorry if its a bait question i just cant work it out and i dont want to have to do it manually cos thatll be LONG!

haven't had to do it in 8 yet but in 7, the easiest way was to use the events list-- copy the relevant events from 1 channel to the next. seems a bit odd but actually a really easy way of duplicating even the smallest bits of automation.

just copy the region with automation in and it should ask you if you want to copy automation data, just say yes

It's in the preferences somewhere, can't remember where, but you just need to tick the box that asks if you want to be asked when you move regions.

preferences/ automation and at top you have three choices Never Always and Ask click the one you need and just copy your regions

hold "alt" and then drag . . . should copy the everythin' !
