see...i like spicy food, but when it dominates the taste does it not just ruin it for you?

Well into bottle number 2 and back on Encona as well, tastes great with Veggie sausage rolls I mentioned in the Veggie thread (finished the lot so bought the makins for more)- I've eaten too much today BTW - all this chatter about foods got me munchin!

Hahahahah!

Dunno about all the death references though, the Chilli is a thing to behold and a giver of life.

Innit man, I made a Massaman curry the other night and rubbed my eyes in bed after washing my hands bare times and I had to wake up and bathe them!

Gotta give props to Baron Von Carlton for hooking me up with some Boomshanka, is a serious badman - was slapping it on everything for a week or 2 and got a bit of a tolerance. Left it for a month though and came back to it and its so hot and sweet!

Inspired me to start experimenting and I came up with EFA's Pollen Sauce!

So called due to the EFA content of the Hemp Oil I cooked the base of (many) Thai Red Chilli's, Red Pepper, Red Onion et etc and the Orange Blossom Honey I used as a sweetening agent.

I have to say its a pretty good start, will use less sweetener next time and wear gloves cos my fingers are still burning from cutting them chilli's!

I too enjoy a good chili sauce.

Mad Dog Hot sauce was the worst in my mind. Black as tar and without any good flavor..

Hot as fuck, but I added it to burgers (when I was a meat eater) to give them a burning pillar feel.

Ha ha, funny that, was about t post about my recent encounter with that evil shit

Image

Some bloke down the pub had some a few weeks ago so I tried a bit and about burned my face off. Then I got a Thai Meal (the pub had a restaurant attached) and thought I'd spice it up a bit as it tasted a bit bland (guess I'd raped my taste buds) added a small splosh and ruined the lot - couldn't eat it! Managed one mouthful and gave my self stomach cramps for 24hrs, AVOID!

Recently found a hot sauce stall (heaven) in Bristol and found this stuff.

Amazing, the best yet - made with jerk - fruity and very hot, niceness!

lol i was just about to post up some mad dog,
got some after i found myself having a whole bottle of encona over a plate of rice, and thought i needed to upgrade

But tbh its a killer, doesn't actually taste like food - just like some sort of chemical burn lol

I got on the 'wall of fame' at a chinese place near me. You had to eat a bowl of this noodle soup in under half an hour, it was so hot that my mouth wasnt the problem, it was trying to keep it down cuz my stomach wwas just straight up rejecting it, and my throat started closing up as well!
By the end I just took the bowl in my hands and hammered it back, the only way to get it done

fuck it though got my pic on the wall, so it was worth it
