i used to live with a yorkie for a few years...this thing was totally indestructible. he had four names...

stampy, sparky, verdell...and i called him crunchy (he'd lick his fur all day until it dried hard!) :(

crunchy would only eat if you hand-fed him mexican food and dog snacks.
every time he opened his mouth, it would stink up the whole room - no lie!

he lost all but one tooth and he'd also bark at anyone that came in the room.
he refused to go for a walk longer than 5 minutes (he would just sit in the middle of the road, and i'd have to pick him up and carry him home).

he loved to rub underneath the car and come in covered in transmission oil. he'd also wipe his ass all over the tiled floor in the kitchen...
his favorite hobby was to leave morning vomit presents in the bedroom.

because he didn't belong to me, there was only so much i could do.

poor guy...

he's still alive, goin on 17 years now!

ahhh!!!

I don't like most dogs, but if I was going to have one it'd probably be a sheep dog eg border collie. They're actually bred to be intelligent, energetic, and fairly gentle, unlike lots of other breeds.

Mongrels are also good and gun dogs and lurchers are acceptable.

yea i'm with you, they're good dogs as long as they're treated well.

i'm looking to get a pit, bulldog or boxer myself. so fucking beautiful and they're very, very obedient and smart. i really just need something to guard my house because my hood is a little sketchy, but i'd also like to have a dog to run with.

All about the Jack Russel / Smooth Fox terrier... my brother had a Smooth Fox that was one of the smartest and coolest dogs Ive ever met. He was on every girl's lap as soon as they sat down, always came round whenever a spliff was lit, cleaned up after himself when told and knew better than to go into the road. I miss Tiko. Cant wait to have a place where I can get one of my own...

I have to say, even though I dont really like cats generally, my house's cat Shifty is the dopest cat ever. Shifty knows whats up.

I'm not particularly keen on dogs, they are yappy and smell and are too 'needy'.

What the fuck is up with that?
Exactly, MOST dont look after / treat / discipline them proper, then someone gets hurt. SIMPLE

Yorkshire terriers are rubbish. If natural selection had its way, they'd be pushing up the daisies by now.

i had a staffie until the poor bugger got cancer. the ban over here is ridiculous.

a close family friend is a breeder and it's affecting her hard. she might have to move out of province!
