The proper way to make bagels is to boil the dough before you bake it. If you don't they taste awful, which most bagels in London do. Daniel's is one of the few bagel bakeries I've ever been to that does it right.

Me and friends where in Mr Bagel last night and we see the exact same man but he was sober. ha very strange . I wish I had the video on me to show him what a mental case he looked like.
