im at work till half five....screwin..

im going for a run 2night tho grand..

i run round my local park 2wice, averages out about a 2 mile jog..

my mates joining the army sunday, he has shaved his mile n a half time down 2 just under 9 minuites...hes a quick bastard, and his recruitment guy said hes one of the most impressive candidates hes ever seen fitness wise...

o 2 be able to run like that!

Just bought Forever by Conquest, browsing the forum, and just been told that Canton's getting released on Box of Dub 3 (if all goes to plan).

Shall be playing tunes badly on the 1st Streamizm of 2008 if anyone gives the slightest fuck. 8-11 www.streamizm.com if anyone does

that is pretty impressive.. i got to train like a crack head now.. pretty much as much as i can.. two big fights coming up a week apart from each other. Grandmaster Lawrence say's to me no point in showing up if you don't intend to win.. so i am going to do all i can man..... annoying thing is though, first competition is in nottingham ... and it is on the day of dmz. So if you see someone later that night lurking on crutches.. that be why... my legs are definitely going to be hurting.. but will try my best not to get injured this time .. need to lift that left of mine higher..... what am i trying to achieve aye?

i bet the training is very vigerous, however grand, your definately going the right way about it, the more you push yourself, the more the barrier your pushing gets higher and higher..

how long have you been doing it for?

Tae kwon doe is a new hobby of mine.. picked it up in october.. after taking a year.. out of any martial arts but before that i did ju jitsu.. for a number of years.
