well same as for Capsule, here in the Netherlands its quit easy and sort of legal. sold in cofeeshops, so quality is always good, and if not i go to another cofeeshop...
i'm very pro legaziling worldwide softdrugs (and even hard drugs) that's why i joined the legalize streetparade in amsterdam with a truck... altough good information and edjucation is neccesery to know what you use!!!
