Yo, here is the first 4x4 tune i'vee made. I've still got to chop the vocals up and make the drums a bit more interesting, but any feedback??

not to speak for everyone on here but i do think the words 'rhianna' and '4 x 4' are gonna turn people on a dubstep forum off from having a listen.. sorry if thats abit harsh but...

the string stabs are a extremely annoying, maybe cut the highs on there. Drums sound pretty good. After the high pitch strings go away, I can get into this, nice synth bass. oh god there it is again.... please do something...

vocal melodies don't really mesh with the bass work.
I like when the higher pitch square synth comes in but it doesn't stick around long enough. please get rid of the strings. I can barely listen it, good track over all, the strings are just like a dog whistle to me.

keep posting those 4x4 bassline tunes up here... some people won't discriminate.

Yeah, actually I scraped using that acapella. I think they clash with the strings too much. Ok i'll turn the strings down and put a new vocal on it, restructure it and then post it up as an mp3 file.
