after 4 hours of sleep i was woken up abruptly from the middle of a dream at 7 am by the sound of the cat puking on my chair. the chair i am not sitting on right now because it is wet from post-pukeage cleaning liquid. having to jump out of bed and clean up vomit first thing in the morning puts me in a very bad mood. if this were the only time this has ever happened, 'd not be upset. but it's like every other day. he eats crap outside then comes into my bedroom and pukes it up.
it is times like this that i just have to remind myself that an object is not as important as a living being. granted, I'M as important, but i will survive a little puke. the cats feelings/feeling better is of more importance. grrr

ditto! I have about 36 "watched" macbook pros on my ebay account at the moment, not that I have the money to buy one

 ...at least not yet
Having internet at work is a seriously bad idea..I have often spent more money in a day than I have earnt on the ol' net, and done minimal work accordingly.

seriously though...it's insane! my boss makes fun of me all the time cause i'm always getting deliveries to the office...she thinks in shop online at home! i have no business getting a new laptop and booking a trip at the same time--however, i'm justifying it by "killing two birds with one stone" if you will!
i'm not alone!!

Grrr....a spoiler! I'd made a mental note to buy this film after work today. I still will.

Whilst on the topic of creepy Asian films - Shutter (Thailand) is pretty good.

The only way to get a Takashi Miike out of your head is by watching another one of his films. I recommend Happiness Of The Katakuris, it will sort you out good and proper.

No problem - I'll forget and I'm sure it wont spoil the film anyway.

i always used to get stuff delivered at work but they kept getting annoyed at it and the last time they thought it was a 'suspect package' (it was records and some speaker cables!) and we almost had a bomb scare. now i just have to wait 48 fucking hours before going and collect it from the post office depot next to where i work

Yeah I deliberately went into it knowing almost nothing about the film - other than it somehow goes a bit pear-shaped...
