I just recieved a shipment from them today, and both the records were warped!! But alas, its not their fault, I live in Phoenix where its hot even at this time of year, it was probably chilling in the mailman's sweaty armpit all day. Postage is murder, but I have found some lovely gems there, and they have always been on time with meh. <3

I don't think it should be deleted.. 95% of the people on this thread have larged them up, so I guess it's good piblicity for them. btw. I agree sotu is a great shop.. they ship to Vienna in 3 days.. too bad their postage is so high.. still a very good and reliable shop

Just cos it hasnt happened to you doesnt mean it hasnt happened.
But I do not agree with the calling out of SOTU.
That should be handled with them instead of the board.

I'm not saying records haven't been delivered late or whatever.. i'm stating the fact they're not gonna steal anyones money.

Seriously though, ive never had any problems with these guys. they are totally cool and have even phoned me personally when something ive been waitin on has landed in the store. some bad ass reggae in there aswell!
