please note:

a) gun finger related injury to right side of head

b) bags under eyes from an 'i'm not getting drunk' night and not enough sleep

c) miserable expression as not only did i watch my team get dumped out of the cup by fricking Pompey (with hangover), we also lost to Wales in the rugby
