Can anyone recommend a good place to eat near the venue?

Near the venue? Can't say... Doesn't seem like there's much in the way around there. I ate closer downtown last time. This time I'll just bring a granola bar or something :).

I know theres like a burger king and McDonalds across the street, but I think I'd choose the granola bar over thoose. :) Are there usually a lot of people at these shows?

Definitely... this one should be huge. Get there on time, or see if you can still reserve a ticket with the venue.

martyn schooled the crowd. as sir tusk put it, "it was like a gentle slap in the face". bringing the older vibes, the roots, future directions and abstractions from the obvious. boom. i was happy.

not to mention a whole other whack load o' goodness.

i was actually the sickest (literally) i've been in a long time, the night before and that morning. i think the vibes (and a bit of the bushmills) was what carried me through.

Wow, what a perfect end to my stay in Vancouver, Martyn is a don, 2 hour sets are the way forward, Honey larger is the bomb and Van City chicks are fucking up for it :D

Special shout to Macro and Isepp, soldiers making the Seattle - Vancouver round trip.

Lighta! crew have got it locked down, no messing about, only 100% effort goes into the organising and running of the Van Dubstep parties.

Mad love, thanks ya'll :w:

Big up the Lighta! Crew, Vancouver knows how to rock it!

Been lurking here for a while. Figured I should rear my ugly head as I follow my photos across the webternets.

Great time all around. Even exhausted, and with a 100.3 fever, I still had trouble pulling myself away before 4 am. Can't wait for more.
