I hear that... Worse is when you go out for drinks as friends, she meets another of your friends, and they end up together.....

The worst thing you can do in the friend zone situation is letting her know what you think.

Not even that... Two different circles of friends meet on one day... she's from one of those circles, and ends up with a friend of mine from the other... and I get asked for advice on their relationship
