I swear there was some Man from the Bill in there and some bird who used to be on Hollyoaks.

boomnoise wrote:fwd was very odd tonight. crowd getting increasingly more varied. big up n-type who fired off a sound set, hatcha was on it and karnage and maximum repped their thing in more than a decent fashion. skepta's new bars were highly entertaining and it was nice to see flo dan in action.
what was very odd was a group of girls going around interviewing and filming people for a college project. it made the night very surreal. having a video camera pointed at me and having to answer questions about dubstep. pretty sure they are responsible for this thread:
http://dubstep.forumsplace.com/message401.html
the dubstep media frenzy ensues! they were talking about what's the fashion for 'dubsteppers' and things like that. fair play to them, nice college project, but it was an odd experience. felt like i was in a tribe under anthropological scrutiny!
but if those girls are reading this, i hope you got some good interviews and insight into the scene and i hope i didn't ramble too much!!
also got really annoyed as this group of obnoxious pissed up people who must have stumbled across plastic people and then proceeded to ask everyone for spliff.
but still, another fwd and another big night. but nothing will surprise me now.
lol
nice review

yeah it was wierd last night, something not quite night, though hatcha smashed it, much more of a fun set than his birthday bash (that was too grim even for me!). Dissapointed how quiet everyone got for maximum&karnage though, they were obviously going for quite a rave-y sort of set, but flo dan and skepta just went into radio mode innit.
did anyone see that prick in a suit with two girls in ballgowns with him? What the fuck is going on down there!
