yes you are very stylish, but think about where your £80 for those shoes is really going.
i don't understand people that collect trainers either. some people have hundreds of pairs of nikes. mad shit. you can't put a shoe on a platter and listen to it, so why bother collecting them?

But some would say the same to you about vinyl - you cant wear a record, and I already have it on CD...
Plus, have you seen how much Nike Dunks go for after they get 'rare'? Hundreds to thousands of dollars a pair. I know dudes that will buy three pair of the rare editions - One to wear, one to sell and one to save. Instant gratification, instant profit and instant investment.
I feel you on the popularity of Nike and Adidas, although I dont think (but Im not sure) that Adidas is a sweatshop company, isnt most of their stuff made in Europe? I havent bought Nikes in probably 16 years since I was in high school and started to learn about them.
Other than Adidas I try to buy smaller skate shoes companies or companies like Simple that are more green. I buy Addidas cause they usually hold up really well, my last pair are more than a year old and dont look more than 3 months old and are comfortable as hell, on top of looking dope.
