suggestion for Events Board : 'Dates section'

i posted this on the general boad but applies to this board, just an idea :


a 'DATES section' :
the idea is that pple post party dates in advance asap so other promotors can check
and take dates in account. also every new poster deletes old dates of the previous
post. in this way the last post always is up to date and gives a brief overview
of what is coming.

example : breakz.be (main belgian dnb forum)
maybe u could could split up in UK, LOndon, Abroad eventually..
would be cool to see a list of what is going on outside UK too.

Thanks for the suggestion. We thought about trying a system like ^ you've suggested. The problem is our forum is way too international for it to work. If you had a local forum for let's say belgian DNB only, it makes sense because Belgium is not that big of a place, and there's only a few major cities. We have dates coming in from all over the planet now, so the most efficient way to view this is by viewing it from the city name first, and the date second. Of course we're open to changes, but we haven't found a phpbb mod that really suits such an international forum as ours.
