it seems to me they're just a bunch of kids selling vinyl out of there mums place, and they can't be bothered to be on top to shipping things when they're supposed to. I ordered from them a bunch o times, and sometimes it takes 5 days and sometimes 5 weeks.. totally random.

Never had any problems with dubplate.net though
their lack of communication with customers is appalling
dealing with the dmz repress thing with them right now.

a little more communication would be nice. sending emails is pretty easy.

whenever i've had an issue with redeye they get back to you right away and things are sorted. probably not gonna deal with sotu anymore....
I'm doing this aswell, still haven't got my refund. Lemme know how it goes yeah?

I ordered Ancient Memories in the same go, but now it's out of stock. They better have fucking reserved a copy for me.

The other day placed my first order with dubplate.net just because they had Gangsta 4 Life in stock. Thought it would be wise to order a few more records on top of that, so p&p tag wouldn't be too heavy. Few days later I got three records through the post, but "Gangsta 4 Life" was missing. E-mailed them straight away, they replied
our delivery of this title was delayed but is due in later today.
We will be able to post it to you on Monday. Sorry for the delay
Fair enough. I understand - shit happens, sometimes. But a week later still nothing. Send them another e-mail, got an answer saying:
i posted this yesterday so if it doesn't come tomorrow please email me and I will post another.
week later - still nothing. Another e-mail - no more replies.........

This was my first and last time I had business with dubplate.net.

A positive story for yas
I can sing them nothing but praise. Simple site, ordering process.
I did have a problem getting a few tunes mixed up, Skreamizm 4 came in place of 2 other 12" i had ordered(oh no right 8) ). I emailed, got reply they sorted the problem and I ended up getting both the skreamizm ep and the 2 other tunes free sortve cos they sent a double of 1 tune and reimbursed for the other even tho I got it in the end.
Dealt with promptly all through email.
Every other order has arrived perfectly to me in Australia within 10days.
Great service
Thanks again dubplate.net :) 8)
