Batman or Superman in a fight?

Who would win in a fight, and not just bare knuckles. Batman would have all of his Bruce Wayne money and gadgets at his disposal. It also takes place on earth.

so whats he gunna do? shoot his grapple hook at supers face??? the dude can dodge bullets, fly and has super strength...

batman would wanna have some epic gadgets to take him down, in which case anyman could take down superman with batmans money and weapons. face it mate, your hero is a poo face
