People should definately always vote. I think devious is the best way to describe Boris. So many people are taken in by the loveable buffoon persona he cultivates. He's far from stupid. He's actually a nasty piece of work. A spoilt ballot is actually registered as a protest vote. Whereas, low voter turnouts are simply dismissed as public apathy.

Yeah I get your point but I mean most of the ideas the have are pretty much the same what I have if I was gunna be in charge of London..The main thing I like about it is that they will drop tuition fees..
