oh boy. right in my second gig (bloody students party) i heard that one with "pendulum" (#12) like bazilion times that night. But i never saw something realy lame, when i was at some dubstep gig. Seems to me, that ppl that come to that, know their stuff and did their homework to enjoy their time to its full potential.
I think I need to start keeping some happy-psy-gabba-core in my crate for those occasions...Wub wrote:swamp wrote:I was doing a night a few weeks ago, i think i was playing skream chestboxin and some emo fuck came up to me and said oi stick this drum n bass on 45RPM u dickhead...
Ah, the general public that think they know better. Genius.
Put it on, let it play for a while and when it clears the dancefloor cut it and shout "Shall I go back to what I was doing before that then?"
True say - a mate of mine was asked to put madonna on at some bar in soho...kidlogic wrote:I think I need to start keeping some happy-psy-gabba-core in my crate for those occasions...Wub wrote:swamp wrote:I was doing a night a few weeks ago, i think i was playing skream chestboxin and some emo fuck came up to me and said oi stick this drum n bass on 45RPM u dickhead...

It's worth keeping a few fucking ape shit bootlegs of chart tunes kicking around for just such an occasion.
My mate had a hardstyle remix of Toxic that he used to shut people up when they request Britney

Avatar or signature?
The general public are by and large a bunch of stnuc, especially when they've been drinking and decide to form an opinion on music.ikeaboy wrote:Isn't it about time some haloed walking saint posted here trying to make us all feel bad for mocking the public we should be chuffed about performing too?
Wheres that guy?
There are exceptions to this rule, but not as many as would be nice.
