the horrible part about it is, I never know how to act when a cop is around. I might as well faint, cause i am dead-weight at that point anyways.

luckily the bunny only had his fur singed off, but his skin didnt get burnt at all. he was fully traumatized though. burrowed into my lap and was breathing really heavy really fast for about an hour. imagine being stuck in a cage in a room that was on fire !!! but i gave him a haircut and a bath and fed him carrots and let him in the back yard so he's doing much better now.

i have never been in a fire like that before though. scary as fuck. my fire escape didnt work and i had to run through the whole house full of thick smoke with a cat in one arm and a dog in the other when i couldnt see 6 inches in front of me and shit was exploding. was home alone and i couldnt get into the room with the bunny because too much fire was in the way :/ .. looking back i wish i had been carrying my video camera too. haha the washer, dryer, toaster, and microwave completely melted

amy that sounds horrible, i'm glad your bunny was more or less ok in the long run though! at first i thought when you said he had been burnt you meant like...you know

fire is a fucking scary thing, just glad you and everyone in your flat was relatively ok, as in the long run that is the most important thing

and tell your landlord if he carries on dicking you around over replacing the wiring there'll be trouble!! there is NO way he can think its ok to not get it fixed after what happened!
