granted, but it is so good you can't distinguish between your imagination and reality and get lost in a world of your own creating, trouble is that you subconcious starts to infiltrate this world and all your darkest strangest most fetish thoughts become, in your eyes, reality. You eventually get commited where you ability to imagine is destroyed and you return to the horror of being a mental patient.

Granted but it loses some of it's horrific potency.
