i took my dog for a walk just now, and the foster kitty decided to come with us (he usually does)

but on the way back the kitty split from us and went skipping down the alley, then just flopped into a happy kitty puddle in the middle of it. i was trying to coax him to come back to us as a car sped around the corner and started turning into the alley.

i flipped out and shouted "OH MAH GAWD NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!" and started sobbing and the car came to a screeching halt while the driver stared at me a bit confused. the kitty took off . i tried to muster a genuine smile and took off myself, with my pup of course. the cat met us on the other side of the street and i picked him up and carried him back inside. haha

i miss my cat *cry*

still sick. the ear thing turned into a full blown hardcore headcold that cost me two days of work. Would have been another, but I really cant afford it, so im here trying to make it through the workday so I can go home and go back to sleep. It wouldnt be so bad if I could hear out of my left ear... feels like Im shouting at everyone and they're still asking me what I said.

that must be weird for your balance too.... i recommend a spicy bacon soup and a hot toddy to clear it out
