Just wanted to say hi...

Post by robot redford » Sat May 17, 2008 4:39 pm

My name is Robot Redford and I got interested in dubstep latley. As I'm originaly a drum and bass producer, I'd like to take the chance and learn some more things about dubstep in this forum. I allready discovered the beginners and sticky production thread, so I will give this a closer look next.

One thing I couldn't find is this: in drum and bass AIM plays a pretty big role in sending out tunes to labels, radiostations, etc. Is this also a usual thing in dubstep?

You might take a look at my stuff at http://WWW.MYSPACE.COM/R0B0TREDF0RD but it's only drum and bass for now. Hope you enjoy it anyway.

As I want to produce tunes myself I decided to post this introduction in the production subforum (as it would be the main place for me). If it's inappropriate please move it to the right forum. Thank you. :)

Cheers,

Robot :)

i trade tunes on AIM with people all the time, so i suppose it's the same with dnb-internet culture.
