I know what you’re saying, but I think it’s too low. Doesn’t have to be solid, but it will be largely non existent on anything other than the biggest systems. I’m at work with some decent Sennheiser phones which actually emphasise bass and I can barely hear the subs.

i think its the intro that gave it a pop feel?

i didnt change anything besides on the vocals adding a longer decay on the reverb and fx

also the synth pad stabs that happen once in a while (subtle) were given a slight compression

what could make this track darker?

as for the bass, it stays this low, it doesnt matter that most systems wont play it cuz when you find the one that does, you will fall on your ass! haha

I just have to give you props, this tune is really turning out amazing!

The third version sounds very nice to me... I don't think it's really missing anything else.

As for the bass, I love it. It adds a lot to the whole feeling and mood of the song.

Keep up the good work!

Very true, this is sound pretty damn sweet, the synth sounds in the back are really nice & washed out and that rising filter riding up to the snare, is a nice gritty touch. Very tidy indeed.

I can't really hear the bass anymore? Just sounds like a subby kick, maybe turn the sub up more?

the thing is taht when i turn up the sub to much im losing a lot of headroom

but trust me when i tell you, i heard this on a proper system as a test a few hours ago, and it kicks hella hard

its pushing a lot of low bass, but you need the equip to be able to handle it
