Dub Fiend's Brand New Drop - GTFO Your Phone [Durrrty]

Post by Dub_Fiend » Sun Jun 01, 2008 11:22 am

Hey all,

Got a new track for y'all to listen to :) It's called "Get The Fuck Off Your Phone" atm but it'll probably change name come release of the EP or something... I was trying for a dirtier sound, and I think I achieved it pretty well :) Lemme know what you think...

The link is: http://cid-4cb5879a4b016e7f.skydrive.li ... _phone.mp3

Remember to C&P the link into your browser :)

Alternatively, you can visit the Myspace if you feel like racking up a listen for me :P

Peace x

this is heavy.
nice long build up and then slams down into the bass.
the only thing i dont like is the clap/snare on the build up doesnt sound like it fits. maybe needs tweekin on the eq.

Thanks for the comments guys :D Glad you like it...

And the clap sounds pretty lo-fi as it is, I had to remove a lot of the tail end of it to get it to sound half-decent and atm I've got it going through the same EQ as the snare so I might replicate the processing unit and then change some bits to get the clap sounding better, I did think it needed changing a tad :)
