anyone up for this?
only 50 quid for a festival ticket and can get flights to ancona in italy for 25 quid (and that's including tax), and then get a ferry to the festival
it's a bit more expensive for return but still pretty cheap (50/60 quid ish)

the line up is just plain ridiculous for dubstep and dub:

HEADHUNTER
KROMESTAR
EXODUS
JACK SPARROW
RAMADANMAN
DUBWAY
RUCKSPIN (Ranking Records)
BUNZERO
CHEF
GENTLEMENS DUB CLUB
but also some good hippety hop
HUDSON MOHAWKE (Warp Records)
JEHST (Low Life, Y'n'R)
DR SYNTAX & STIG OF THE DUMP (Beer & Rap)

same here. even if i go alone though there'll be loads of people i know at the festival but travelling around afterwards on my own would be a bit shit

cheapest i can find is to get ryanair from stansted to ancona and then ferry it from there. it's worth checking different days for flights because they vary loads. if you don't mind flying a bit before and after the festival flights are loads cheaper

badger did you get flights outto ancona for like 0 GBP (which comes to £25 after tax)- is that right cos thats amazingly cheap? (though its more expense on return) Would you have to book the ferry for this as I had a quick look but not prices were published yet...

yeah its 25 quid with tax if you fly from stansted between 25th and 28th august, and its 50 quid inc tax if you fly back from ancona on either the 4th or 5th of september. which is perfect for me because you get some time to travel around a bit and get cheap flights at the same time

had a look at the website but it didn't have prices up. there was a phone number you could call if you want to book though so i'm sure they can tell you
although someone on main forum said they're using this one which is different to what i looked at last night. i can't get the page to work properly at work so could someone have a look at the ancona-zadar ferry? cheers

so the ferry between Ancona and Zadar is...
45 + 5 = 50 Euros out
45 + 1.5 - 20% return discount = 37.20 Euros back
= 87.20 Euros round trip
= £69.0685
+ flights = £119.0685
thats about £60 cheaper than flying to Zadar and u get a nice boat trip in the sunshine. i think the boat ride must be about 8hrs tho.
http://www.jadrolinija.hr/pdfs/EUR%20-% ... Ita.08.pdf
EDIT: loooooooooong the boat leaves at 22:00 and arrives at 07:00 and the price above is for the deck. 6 euros more each way for reclining seat.
