Octopussy are also opening the Overkill tent on the Friday... 11am.

They're brilliant, expect all things bass in a booty style... they've also got some very naughty dancers! Well worth the trip down to Overkill on the Friday to check out their sillyness!

not being funny or anything, but it seems to attract more dickheads who just sit around slagging pendulum off for everything under the sun and laughing at people for liking them, than dickheads in button-up shirts walking around hoovering up coke.

a "great aversion to all things corporate and mainstream"...except for pendulum
Fuck it, there'll just be nobody there. The rest of the festival is still quite possibly the best thing since sliced bread, and the whole lack of money to buy a ticket thing at the moment is guuuutting!

yeah tbh, since the last two years i can't imagine it actually being possible to fit in any more "dickheads in button-up shirts walking around hoovering up coke." such a contrast to the first 2 years

Not been before but weren't there issues with too-low volume on some of the soundsystems last year?

overkill had massive problems because it had a 6ft river going through it so only half its rig going most of the festival, which happened to make venetian snares so pissed off he went and punched the soundguy, who really could do nothing about it. Origin stage was a bit weak as well but everywhere else was very good. Also the stogy churned up ground dint help matters at all. I think this year will get back to 06 level as long as biblical rain dusnt hit again...
