TRG's 4th tune in (I think) had some nintendo and speak & spell sounds rocking..
Biggest tune of the night IMO.

I hear Martyn's set first and think to myself TRG is gonna have a tough go living up to this 1st half......
Not so, homeboy brought it hard.
Biggups to both guys for playing an unforgettable block of music.

after martyn's caramel broken beats i really wondered what TRG was going to bring that would level the score, let alone up the game. TRG killed it though, in the smoothest way possible. it's amazing that both artists can convey such similar vibes yet remain so unique. i have no idea who took that one out. i loved both sets equally - both had me going :o at several points.

definitely a poignant matchup in 2008!

can somebody confirm that this monster of deepness with the pitched down vocal sample which comes in in the middle of the 51st min. of the show (BBC1 site has it online anyway) is the PANGAEA tune? absolutely fookin h-u-g-e vibes in there... Who's PANGAEA other than the old Miles Davis record?
