Last night was the first night of the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, with Public Enemy headlining. Before they came on Hank Shocklee and the Bomb Squad played a half hour of dubstep to warm up, and it was LARGE on the big festival system.
PE absolutely killed it.
Anyonethere?

I found myself in attendance at this thing and was like,
"Is that Loefah? Is Public Enemy playing dubstep?!?"

yea shocklee is big on the dubstep tip apparently. also he wants to turn it into hip-hop, believing producers < vocalists.
