dubstep on you tube

Post by dbldwndrew » Wed Jul 30, 2008 2:16 pm

how come if you type in dubstep on you tube, the first things to come up are the dubstep doc, dubstep rave, uk dubstep, and the annoyingly repetitve benga & koki "beeper" song??? they're all crap. whats the best dubstep on you tube?

I would hazzard a guess that you don't have the permission of the artists to be putting their music up on youtube. Surely this should not be allowed. (And you have hosted dubstep Allstars?! - madness).

Im just sharing my love of music through YouTube, I dont see it as piracy in comparsion to P2P file sharing Limewire, Ares etc I buy all my music legally. I upload video's in the hope that people will go and buy the music after they have heard it in the video's.

I'd gladly take the vids down if requested, but most of my recent videos are rips from radio shows.

I hate the fact that people think its right to post up exclusives. If Caspa sent out all his exclusives that he claimed were for certain DJ's he would lose all respect with DJ's. If you send out all your dubs, why would people book you? One of the reasons people would book Rusko, N-Type, or Skream is because of the music their making. If all their big music is behind closed doors, people would book them so they can hear the exclusives.

If you like jungle / drum and bass you'll like the above! ;)
